Mission Statement

      

    Our mission, as professional educators, is to successfully develop and nurture students into productive citizens by encouraging learning, thinking, and creativity; fostering values and peer collaboration; embracing cultural diversity, gender equality, and ethnicity; and providing continual opportunities for academic growth and excellence. We believe this mission can be best accomplished through the involved cooperation of home, school, and community.

 

Beliefs

    We believe that:

**our primary focus is student learning with emphasis on students successfully meeting obtainable goal   

**all students are unique in all aspects of their lives and, therefore, learn in different ways

**greater learning occurs through challenging expectations within the students' grasp of success

**the school should provide a safe and orderly environment conducive for learning

**positive relationships and mutual respect between students, staff, home, and community are essential for success of all

**the responsibility for education the whole child should be shared by home, school, and community

**students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process

**we must continuously evaluate and improve our programs, demonstrating to our students our commitment to their lifelong learning needs
